ah... My favorite hole in the wall place in the DC area is a place in Herndon, VA called "Casa Maria Cafe" I found this place when I was interning at Fannie Mae. Its a Mexican place and very run down but the food is so good. Sometimes you will get the waiter or waitress that speaks no english and you just have to point to the menu. We will have to go to this place sometime together.

Menu: http://washington.dc.diningguide.com/data/d1046...

I recommend the Chimichanga (deep fried burrito covered with chile with cheese top with shredded lettuce, sour cream and guacamole. Served with rice refried beans. Your choice ground beef, shredded beef or shredded chicken)
