Creating The Perfect Blend of Beef For Your Burger

The folks over at A Hamburger Today did a really interesting analysis of 8 different cuts of beef and which are best blend together for the very perfect burger.

I guess I hadn’t really thought that much about all the thought and science that goes into the creation of a burger.  It’d be interesting to see if burger places are open about what cuts of meet that they use and how that influences flavors.
